Mrs. La Juana Chambers Lawson is the Founder and CEO of Tacit Growth Strategies, a leading asset and community capacity building company that was established here in San Antonio in 2018. Mrs. Chambers Lawson’s company is home to an amazing team of people who have worked with her for years and share her vision of taking Tacit Growth Strategies public after exceeding $10 million dollars in revenue within the next 5 years. She was proud to join the Commercial Division at Phyllis Browning Company in February 2023 as a Commercial REALTOR® and specializes in leasing strategy for government contractors and publicly funded entities. Tacit Growth Strategies is a U.S. Department of Defense SkillBridge Program employer/training partner as well as pledged employer of the Ready to Work program. Mrs. Chambers Lawson serves our community in many capacities including as a grant reviewer for government entities and philanthropic foundations, international best-selling author in grants and project management, and one of the youngest and longest serving Business/Project Management/Management Information Systems and Nonprofit Management Adjunct Professors at two local universities. Mrs. Chambers Lawson was recently inducted into the San Antonio Women’s Hall of Fame in the category of Business and Finance, 2022 San Antonio Business Journal 40 under 40, and provides grant and project management consulting and training to private, philanthropic, nonprofit and non-governmental entities in four continents.
