With over 18 years of robust experience in real estate investing, I bring a wealth of knowledge & perspective to my clients. My expertise spans across owning & developing raw land, new construction, self-sufficient homesteads, equestrian centers, & residential homes across Texas. Additionally, I’ve acquired 9 personal homes over 18 years using innovative house hacking strategies. I have a solid background in various property transactions, including fix-&-flips, rentals, & navigating complex financing such as VA loans, TX Land Veteran loans, Construction to Perm Loans, FHA/VA, & Convent’l loans.

Growing up on an equestrian center competing on the Hunter/Jumper circuit, I have a rooted passion for homes with acreage, rural living, & horse properties. Additionally, having owned & operated two farms myself, I understand “animal people” & their unique needs. My 20-year tenure in TX has not only deepened my local market insight, but also reinforced my expertise of nat’l market conditions in this dynamic industry.

Furthermore, family is extremely important to me. I’m married to my husband of 19 years & mother to our 4 children. In my spare time I value unhurried time with them on our farm, traveling, & help manage our investment properties.

As part of my commitment not only to real estate, but as a devoted Christian, I proudly allocate 15% of all my income to SoulFull Joy Foundation, a non-profit very close to my heart, focusing on community needs serving mothers & children rescued from trafficking & dire conditions.
