About Me
As a member of the 6th generation Johann Gottfried Oehler family, my roots that run deep into the history of Fredericksburg. I am the daughter of Greg and Donna Oehler. Greg is the owner and broker of Texas Hills Realty, LLC. I am a graduate of Fredericksburg High School. Go Billies! I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Secondary English Education and a minor in Psychology. I worked as an editor for two years, married my high school sweetheart, then became a full time mother. I moved my family back to Fredericksburg when the children were old enough for school. I worked at a local bank for over seven years before earning my real estate license. Real estate has always been a huge part of my life, with my dad as my mentor.
Kris, my husband, and I reside on land that has been owned by my family since the late 1840s. Kris and I also own and manage rental properties homes in Fredericksburg.
Kris and I have two amazing children. We enjoy spending time together in the outdoors cutting firewood, cooking, camping, campfires, hauling hay, baseball, round up cattle, and enjoying a peaceful evening walk down in the pasture. I have loved horses and dogs my whole life.
I am very passionate about helping clients and making their needs top priority. My favorite aspects of being a REALTOR® include getting to know people, understanding their real estate needs, and helping clients through every step of the buying and selling process. I believe there is a lesson to be learned in every situation. In addition to learning at the real estate office, I am continuing my education through classes and currently working towards my Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI) designation.
