With over 30 years experience as a Realtor, Belinda brings both knowledge and enthusiasm when assisting you with your real estate needs. Her career began in Little Rock, Arkansas managing the relocation department of a Better Homes and Garden franchise. After a stint with EFHutton and Prudential-Bache Securities and a move to Texas, she and husband, Ken, relocated from Dallas to Carthage in 1992 when they opened Ken Andrus & Assoc., Inc. They soon realized the value in affiliating with a nationally-recognized franchise and began their association with Coldwell Banker. Ken Andrus Assoc., Inc. has proudly grown into a premier office effectively representing the entire east Texas area with combined agent experience of over 100 years.
Belinda has attained her GRI, SRS and PSA designations and is consistently a recipient of the International Presidents Circle award and a multi-million dollar producer. She is a board member of the North East Texas Regional Mobility Authority (NETRMA) representing Panola County, a member of the Panola County Appraisal District Appraisal Review Board, board member of the Panola County Chamber of Commerce, member of Rotary Club and an active member of Central Baptist Church.
Belinda and Ken have four children and six grandchildren.
