About Me

Mimi is an associate broker of CENTURY 21 The Hills Realty specializing in residential, B&B, commercial, and land properties in the Texas Hill Country. She has been a licensed REALTOR since 1977 and a licensed broker since 1997.
Mimi grew up in Kerrville and Fredericksburg. Her mother was born in Willow City and her grandparents lived on the Willow City Loop. Many days were spent at the ranch with her cousins playing, learning about ranching, driving Jeeps, and just being a kid. As a native of the Texas Hill Country, Mimi has watched the evolution and growth of Fredericksburg into the thriving community it has become.
After working for Houston Community College in the Texas Medical Center for 21 years as a teacher and administrator, in 1999 Mimi and her husband Ralph returned to Fredericksburg to raise their daughter Nicole in the small town environment where family values and community activities are important. Nicole is now a graduate of the University of Texas Honors Program and the School of Law.
As an experienced broker, she is qualified to represent buyers or sellers in a transaction. Her extensive knowledge of the Fredericksburg area and real estate business will make your purchase or sale enjoyable.
