Kendra loves helping buyers and sellers in the Waco area. As a top producer, she ranked in the top 10 of buyer side transactions in the State of Texas while at Coldwell Banker and made the International President’s Elite Award. She represented major banks such as Bank of America and Chase and governmental institutions such as Fannie Mae and the VA in selling their defaulted assets. For the last 9 years, Kendra is employed with The City of Waco Development Services as their Property Asset Manager. She sold over 800 tax-foreclosed properties within 4 years, and represent the city with some of their leases, purchases, and sales of government own properties.
Kendra loves to continue to learn new aspects of real estate. Kendra has earned many professional designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR), Short Sales and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CPDE), and e-pro certified. She is a free woman jumping into action fulfilling needs with love, joy and acceptance as a vessel of God.
About Me
Kendra Anderson-Zadnik, Broker, CRS, has been a member of the Waco Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors for 27 years.
Kendra Zadnik earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work and Sociology from Stephen F. Austin State University & a Masters of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. Kendra obtained her Texas Real Estate License in 1996. Several years later, she obtained her Texas Real Estate Broker and started her own real estate company, Premier Realtors.
Kendra is also a graduate of Waco Chamber of Commerce Leadership Waco and Leadership Plenty Institute. She previously was on the board of directors of Hewitt Chamber of Commerce and was chair of Margarita Salsa festival.
