Has been responsible for the acquisition and development of key properties throughout the Heart of Texas region fulfilling clients’ specific needs. His efforts with job-creating industrial companies (coupled with his national volunteer efforts to promote workforce housing) also acted as a catalyst for overall economic development in the region. In 2012, as part of his ongoing book of business, he cold-called Leon Capital, sold them a string of high-profile properties in Waco, and subsequently agreed to assist them with their temporary need to develop an overflow Retail Portfolio for a 3 year period.
