I began my real estate career with my father in the home building business at E. E. Eriksson Enterprises. My years of experience with my father in the home builder business built the foundation of my success. I learned the value of relationship building and the importance of the REALTOR community to the marketing and sales of homes. Through the years I learned the many different facets of real estate sales, development and the construction industry. Also, I worked with major Dallas lender to finance residential and commercial real estate developments. The time spent working with my father continues to contribute to my positive attitude.
The MetroTex Leadership Academy/TRLP served as the key that turned the switch and motivated me to become an integral part of MetroTex, Texas REALTORS and NAR. The leadership skills I learned through the program are the foundation for my involvement with the real estate industry.
