OUR REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND:
• Real Estate is in our blood, as we were both raised by parents in the business.
• Erik served our country and has been a Realtor for 20 years with experience in residential, commercial, and farm/ranch transactions.
• Katy has been a licensed agent since 1997 and a Broker since 2001.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT US:
• Erik and Katy have lived and worked full time in the Brazos Valley for over 20 years. They currently live in College Station and have two children.
• Erik & Katy are 8th & 9th generation Texans.
• Erik grew up in the River Oaks neighborhood of Houston.
• Katy spent her childhood in Austin’s Tarrytown and her high school years in the West University neighborhood of Houston.
• They are involved in their church, their children’s activities and the community.
• Erik & Katy serve the community in several leadership positions and on local Boards, including the College Station ISD Education Foundation. They were instrumental in bringing Ronald McDonald House Charities to the Brazos Valley where they learned the ins-and-outs of area hospitals and maintain an informed relationship with the medical community.
