About Me

As the designated Broker with Page Properties, John provides brokerage services to investment clients, and works closely with principals in the commercial leasing and sales of office, retail and industrial properties. He also is active in the representation of tenants, buyers, and sellers of commercial properties.

John brings a vast background of commercial real estate investment service experience, from loan workout experience with The Travelers Realty Investment Company, property development and leasing services with The Woodlands Corporation and George Mitchell Development, loan underwriting with CB Commercial, to liquidation of assets with San Jacinto Savings, commercial appraisal experience with Bach Realty Advisors, and 7 years of brokerage experience with MHW Real Estate, John is a disciplined investment services professional.

After earning a broker’s license in 1999, he gained extensive experience with retail, business brokerage, and residential real estate. He also helped develop and monitor monthly construction budgets for the John Cooper School in The Woodlands. John was involved in a joint venture sale of five office buildings totaling 20 million, a 12 million apartment portfolio, and narrative appraisals for mid- to high-rise office buildings, retail centers, hotels, and apartments. While working in mortgage banking, he performed loan underwriting for 45 apartment complexes, 35 retail centers, 25 hotels, 18 industrial buildings, and 12 office buildings. While at MHW Real Estate, John did leases with Phillips 66, Harbor Freight, and Cindies, with various Land and building sales including a NNN sale of a Take 5 Oil change in Huntsville, TX.

John’s comprehensive sales and analytical skills, and accomplishments are a tremendous asset to his clients.

John graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1985 with a BBA in Finance. He is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, a former member of the Realty Investment Club of Houston, a former board member of First Choice Hospice, and is an active member of the SALT Band and the ACTS Team at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in The Woodlands.
