Specializing in residential resale homes across the Austin, Texas metro area, Diane is dedicated to collaborating with her clients to find the perfect home for the next phase of their lives. Licensed since 2002, she is a successful listing agent and buyer’s representative with experience in selling homes in two of Texas’ major metro areas. Diane’s focus is always on the client, leveraging a broad base of knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service, clear communication and an excellent experience. She excels at analyzing market data and pricing trends, negotiating the best price and terms, and maximizing profits for both buyer and seller clients.
Diane is committed to exceeding the REALTOR® Code of Ethics as set forth by the National Association of REALTORS®, is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), has received both the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) endorsements. Diane is a certified Broker Price Opinion agent, and has delivered dozens of broker price opinions to lending investors in the secondary mortgage market.
Outside of real estate, Diane is deeply committed to community service, believing in the transformative power of individuals to make a positive impact. Her volunteer work includes serving as an Ambassador for the Austin Board of REALTORS®️ Foundation, serving on the Central Texas Philharmonic Board of Directors, driving for Meals on Wheels, and curating art at Round Rock Arts’ Jester Gallery. Dedicated to the life-long pursuit of knowledge, Diane recently returned to college to complete her degree, and is working towards a B.A.A.S in Business and Leadership at Texas State University, with an anticipated graduation in December 2025.
Family is the reason Diane and her husband, Kurt, moved to the Austin metro with their two Rhodesian Ridgebacks in 2019. Residing in Georgetown, Texas she enjoys painting in her home art studio, exploring vintage resale and antique shops, and taking day-trips across the beautiful Texas hill country.
