About Me

Julie Fischer’s strong knowledge of Houston neighborhoods enables her to assist clients with all their real estate needs. She stays current on marketplace trends and pursues continuing education programs to better serve her clients. She is dedicated to representing her clients in their favor, and will negotiate the best deal possible. Julie is a strong believer in home ownership and is dedicated to finding the ideal property match for her clients.

Having been in the industry through many different market conditions, Julie has a unique ability to offer effective and creative marketing strategies. This adds value to sellers by differentiating the features of their home from others on the market.
In addition to calling Houston home, Julie lived in Scotland, Greece, Israel, New York and travels extensively both internationally and nationally. She has an excellent understanding of the complexities of foreign and domestic relocation as well as assisting those facing repatriation. Julie works consistently with all of the major relocation companies assisting in corporate moves both to and from Houston.

She has her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Graduate Real Estate Institution (GRI), Corporate Mobility Specialist (CMS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations as well as Dale Carnegie training. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business from University of Houston Downtown.

Active in the community, Julie is involved with the Houston Symphony and Opera and enjoys Houston’s many theaters and museums. She volunteers with the More to Life Organization Houston Community and with LOAF (Lesbians Over Age Fifty) plus holds a position with Houston’s Keshet board. Julie loves sharing with others meals at Houston’s many diverse culinary restaurants and exploring our many hidden gem parks and nature habitats.
