In 1986 I founded Rollingwood Management Inc. on the philosophy that common sense, integrity, and highly experienced property management skills will give us the edge in providing our owners and their investment the best possible property management services in the Austin area. Our goal is to pair quality tenants with quality homes in the Austin Texas area.

We received the prestigious Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) designation given by the National Association Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). This designation is held by less than seventy property management companies nationwide and is reflective of the professional commitment made to the residential property management industry by Rollingwood Management.

I have been managing residential investment property in the greater Austin area since 1985. As a property owner, real estate investor, and manager, I am directly involved in the daily operations of Rollingwood Management Inc.
