Wade Phillips has been a loyal and dedicated team member since first joining the brokerage in 2003. A true Texas cowboy, Wade’s background prior to real estate involves several decades in agriculture, working as the General Manager of a large ranching operation (which is how he first met D’Ann Harper). Previously an Office Manager, the agents who work with Wade appreciate his patience, understanding, and listening ear as they navigate any number of listing, negotiation, and sales issues. He also provides agents with a wealth of knowledge in Texas land ownership and rights.
