I am a native Texan and have been in the financial /real estate industry since1977. I was first a loan officer with a local bank and then Citibank and did mortgages and loans. I also helped people with retirement planning, mutual funds and annuities. All this experience has helped me determine how much clients can afford and make good financial decisions.
