Javier’s considerable knowledge and experience in the legal and financial aspects of real estate help Intero clients secure the sure footing they need to buy or sell their home. Over the course of his 15 year career, he has managed contracts, trained agents, helped navigate real estate law, and overseen real estate offices across the Houston area. Javier studied finance at University of St. Thomas, and is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors®. He served on the organization’s Multiple Listing Service Committee from 2008 to 2012. As a member of the Texas Association of Realtors®, he served on the Political Affairs Committee from 2010 to 2012. Javier also has eight years of experience in commercial banking and has also been an active volunteer in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo since 2007.
