o Prepare and estimate cost to remedy building deficiencies in both immediate and capital reserve time

o Environmental background includes a detailed understanding of the risks associated with hazardous
and regulated materials storage, use, generation and disposal, above ground and underground storage tanks, asbestos-containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), microbial growth, radon
testing, and other regulated substances.
o Focus on maximizing research and technical resources for early resolution of potential project
problems. Managed numerous projects, including office buildings, multi-family residential facilities, educational buildings, medical facilities, industrial facilities, banks, high-rise buildings, historical buildings, major landmark buildings in the DFW metroplex, restaurants, storage buildings, public and private school campuses, manufacturing buildings, carwashes, and other commercial properties, as well as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac projects.
