Zip Gist has been invested in the Real Estate business representing Raw Land, Residential Homes, New Volume Homes, and Custom Homes in San Antonio and the surrounding areas since 2003. He has spent over seven years Consulting and Guiding families through the stages and processes of Selling, Buying, and Designing & Building their New Dream Home – Zip is dedicated to High Professional Client Service and Attention to Detail with proven results.

Zip is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative ( ABR® ), Graduate from the Real Estate Institute ( GRI® ), Seller Representation Specialist ( SRS® ), and Senior Real Estate Specialist ( SRES® ) and was a SABOR Economic Development Sub-Committee member, Realtor Builder Committee member, member of the Code of Ethics and Orientation Advisory Group and Farm and Land Committee. He was awarded the Gold Million Dollar Circle Award in 2014, Sales Specialist of the Year in 2013 & 2012, and Awarded The Greater San Antonio Builders Association Above and Beyond Award 2008.
