I’ve had my license for almost 17 years, been involved personally in 1,300+ residential real estate transactions.
Currently I’m the Director of Agent Relations at Rogers Healy and Associates. I am the supervisor of almost 400 real estate agents.
About Me
Born and raised in Boston, MA, I’ve called Texas home for 28 years. Prior to entering the real estate industry, I was the top salesperson in the state of Texas for a direct sales company, with an organization of hundreds in her downline – creating a seamless opportunity to obtain my real estate license in February of 2006.
After officially starting my real estate career working primarily with buyers, I transitioned to a real estate team as a Closing Manager, responsible for monitoring real estate transactions from contract to close. Some of my duties included negotiation, communication, organization, including resolving any contractual issues that arose. While in that position, I personally was involved in more than 1,300 successful real estate transactions.
In 2014, I joined Rogers Healy and Associates. I’ve worked diligently alongside Rogers Healy and have been essential in the growth of the company. As the Director of Agent Relations, I use my years in real estate to share wisdom and real estate knowledge with agents, ensuring that they feel confident and competent. I’m heavily involved in training, agent development, mentoring, recruitment, operations, and compliance.
I’ve been the recipient of RHA’s MVP, the 5-year milestone award with the company, and Dallas Morning News Top 100 Places to Work’s Most Clued-In Senior Manager. Most recently, I was the recipient of the 2020 RHA Mentor of the Year.
Determination, dedication, leadership, and loyalty prove to be my greatest strengths in my executive leadership position at Rogers Healy and Associates.
