About Me

Bianca was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. A graduate from the University of Texas in El Paso and a former educator. Bianca’s roots run deep in the El Paso community. Bianca’s family has a long history in the construction industry, so it was natural for her to follow that path herself. In 2001 she formed EP Dream Homes Construction, where she and her father proceeded to design and build custom homes. In 2005 Bianca then took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate, becoming licensed as a Real Estate Agent. In 2009 she obtained her Broker’s license and formed Dream Homes Realty. In just a few short years, she became a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Bianca’s background in the construction industry, her experience as a custom home builder, and her track record as a seasoned Realtor make her uniquely qualified to help her clients find the perfect home or the perfect investment property. Bianca’s clients choose her for her knowledge, passion, energy, professionalism, and attention to detail. With over a decade in the industry, Bianca has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers and investors in both residential and commercial markets. In her free time, Bianca loves to spend time with her family and travel.
