Chip Bubela’s love of real estate led him to become the owner and broker of the first branch of Bubela Real Estate (BRE) in Cedar Park, TX. Since then he has relocated to his hometown of Schulenburg and expanded into its surrounding communities – Flatonia, Hallettsville, Weimar, and more. Today, BRE is a growing brokerage specializing in land, residential and commercial real estate for both buyers and sellers. BRE advances with the ever-evolving real estate market, maintaining a top spot among the industry leaders throughout Texas.

Chip is the Broker / Owner for Bubela Real Estate with offices in Schulenburg, Flatonia, Hallettsville, and now Weimar, Texas. He mentors his team of licensed real estate agents and personally oversees all listings and transactions associated with the business. Chip specializes in land and investment properties throughout Central Texas. He is an Accredited Land Consultant helping individuals and families build wealth through real estate. Accredited Land Consultants (ALCs) aren’t just land sales professionals. They are the most prestigious, most experienced, and highest-performing land sales experts in their area. ALC agents like Chip can help novice and seasoned real estate investors build investment portfolios, self-directed IRAs, 1031 exchanges, and much more. Chip attended Texas State University and majored in Business Finance. Chip and his family reside in beautiful Southern Fayette County, TX, in Chip’s hometown of Schulenburg, also known as “Halfway to Everywhere. Chip and his wife Kim are raising their 3 daughters and two dogs all the while building their own and others’ legacies.
