About Me

Jonna LaGrone-Haynes has been a Texas licensed Realtor® since 2006 with Keller Williams Realty (KW). Originally from St. Louis, MO, Jonna’s passion for real estate began in Dallas/FW as a dual career agent and soon after transitioned to a full time, full service realtor. She successfully serves clients in both the Austin and Dallas markets, residing now in Central Texas.
Jonna has a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University and a Master of Health Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to pursuing real estate, she was employed by a major consulting firm and several healthcare systems in MO, NC & TX. Her varied life and work experiences allow her to build rapport quickly with her diverse clientele as she educates and guides them through a seamless buying or selling experience. She’s been able to help many individuals, families and investors build generational wealth and their portfolios and experience real estate the right way!
Jonna is an official member of Keller Williams Sports & Entertainment community (KWSE), and holds additional designations and certifications including the At Home With Diversity (AHWD), International Sales Agent (ISA), and Agent of Distinction (AOD), Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS), New Home Construction, and KOCiB (iBuyer) to name a few. She is also a past member of KW’s Associate Leadership Council (ALC), Instructor, 4X BOLD graduate and ongoing Mentor to new agents.
Currently, Jonna is the President of the Austin Black Real Estate Professionals (ABREP) and Director with the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR). In addition, she is very active in her community as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service sorority; with Howard University Alumni Association as Region V Chair and a community volunteer with Young Men Service League. Jonna was also the Black Professional Alliance’s recipient of the 2022 Black Professional Choice Award in Real Estate. She enjoys traveling, the arts and surveying the area for the best new restaurant in town. She is a supportive parent to her two young adult sons and devoted wife of 22 years.
