About Me
My name is Kristi Kay Spikes, and I am thrilled to be taking on the role of MetroTex’s new Commercial Programs Manager . With 25 years of real estate experience under my belt, I am excited to not only bring my passion and expertise to the table, but to provide guidance and mentorship to those who are still finding their footing.
While I am a Dallas native, I started my career as a REALTOR® in California for many years before returning to Dallas in 2007 where I became a Texas REALTOR® working for Keller Williams as an Assistant Team Leader, Productivity Coach, and Trainer. I am a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program and served on the TREPAC committee. Having started as a MetroTex member, it is wonderful to now be counted as part of the staff. Outside of my role at MetroTex, I am a member of the Real Estate Alliance and am proudly AHWD certified. I even serve on several HOA committees!
