I have been a full time realtor for 26+ years and had my own brokerage in Salt Lake City , UT for several years where I was the number 1 agent in the state before moving to San Antonio to a warmer climate. I believe that experience does not come from theory in a classroom or working in real estate part time but only from actually handling transactions for buyers and sellers by guiding them, sometimes through rough waters, to a successful and smooth closing. Having handled 100’s of successfully sold homes and working with wonderful clients who have given me 100+ 5 star reviews (Zillow, Angie’s List, FB etc.) and much repeat and referral business. I get up every morning excited and ready to help yet another happy client buy their dream home or sell their current property. Real Estate is my passion and it shows!!!

About Me

I was born and raised in Germany and met my husband while he was in the military there. After moving back to the states we had an unpleasant experience when purchasing our first home, during that time I learned a lot and I noticed how fascinated I was with real estate and decided to get my license so that I can make a difference in how to help my clients with their real estate needs and not just sell them something that they may regret later but be there to share my wealth of experience and information, advise, answer all their questions and care about their wants and needs without pressure. After 26+ years as a full-time Realtor, I can proudly say that I am among San Antonio’s highest rated by my clients. I have been awarded the very prestigious 5 Star Realtor award for 9 years in a row which puts me in the top 1% of all Realtors in South Central Texas.
