About Me
Sean Parsons has nearly 20 years in the construction and real estate markets in the Dallas area. From an early age, he was mastering construction trades from framing homes to remodeling commercial buildings and took on his first general contracting home remodel project at the young age of 24. Leveraging his residential and commercial construction background, Sean became a real estate agent in 2008 and a broker of Parsons Realty Team shortly afterward. Over the past two decades, Sean has gained valuable experience in buyer negotiations, budgeting, capital flow, and deal analyzing for investors.
Over the years, Sean has developed an eye for detail, analysis, communication, and project planning that cannot be learned without hands-on experience. Leveraging personal capital, alongside a few select investors, Sean invests in Dallas-area projects of varied type and scale as well as the planning, execution, and return of capital & funding for development projects. In each project Sean put’s his own DNA on a property while highlighting the value improvement to produce the best gains with the optimal risk-adjusted positioning.
In 2014, after leveraging a number of residential remodels, flips, and rental properties, Sean used capital to start both a development and construction business with a vertical integration model. Via an acquisition entity, he acquired a multifamily lot near White Rock Lake and took nearly an acre lot through the design phase and planning process for a 20-unit condo development. Following the sale of this project, Sean acquired an 11,000ft multifamily project in 2019, which was completed in February 2021.
Sean has closed over 300+ transactions at over $100M+ of volume in various real estate markets including residential housing, investment properties, in-fill development, townhome projects, suburban housing, and new construction. He has earned prestigious industry awards for the value he brings to his clients and partners, including “2019 Broker of The Year” from RE/MAX DFW out of 330+ area brokers. Sean has also been awarded ‘Best Agent’ by D-Magazine consecutively for the past five years based on his influence and reputation for getting deals done. You may see Sean speaking publicly at industry events around the DFW area and was recently showcased on Candy’s dirt.
Sean graduated from Baylor University and has completed real estate development and economics courses from MIT, SMU, and is enrolled at MIT/Harvard Executive Education program for Real Estate Development in the Spring of 2021.
