As a third-generation real estate broker and with more than 30 years of personal experience in providing real estate services, I am resourced to represent my clients the way they deserve to be represented. My professional background also includes a significant amount of time in mortgage lending, title insurance, and property management. Throughout my career in real estate, I have also had the pleasure of owning and operating two different insurance agencies representing two of the three largest personal lines insurance companies. Today, I am the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Great Place which affords me the opportunity to better serve my clients and their real estate needs under a one broker, one team concept – bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the negotiation table that serves to my client’s benefit.

About Me

Steven Kirkpatrick is a native of Central Texas and a graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a B.B.A. in Management. Steven is a third-generation real estate broker initiating his real estate career in 1993 in his father’s real estate company. Steven is the son of a home builder and real estate broker and the grandson of a commercial and residential real estate developer. Steven has also practiced real estate extensively in the Denver, Colorado Metro and Southern California markets. His professional background also includes simultaneous and active participation in the insurance and financial services industries as an insurance agency owner in the states of California, Colorado and Texas thus bringing a wealth of practical knowledge and experience to his clients.
