Born in Germany on a US Military base, Richard and his family moved to San Antonio where he grew up. He later moved to Austin and today, his feet are firmly planted in Dallas with his two Siamese cats.

Throughout his life, he has always “shot for the stars”. In his younger years, Richard exceeded Boy Scout and was honored as not only an Eagle Scout but also as an Order of the Arrow (From Wikipedia, The Order of the Arrow is the national honor society of the Boy Scouts of America). Later in life, he began working out which, in true Richard style, led to competition body building. Needless to say, you can rest assured that when you are working with Richard, he will always take you to the highest level!

He describes himself as an outgoing, friendly, success driven, make-it-happen kind of guy with a very strong work ethic. Richard enjoys the challenges each individual real estate experience offers and he differs from the average agent in that he does not favor buyers or sellers. Richard enjoys working with both equally and summed it up nicely with this: “Whether you are buying or selling, I want to earn you as a client for life!”

Richard prides him self on his communication, thoroughness and real estate knowledge. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will find one for you!
