Aliusha Krohn serves the Houston market with a winning combination of local expertise and international perspective. Aliusha has lived all over the world, from Venezuela to Canada, and she enjoys meeting new people and learning about diverse cultures. That’s why she calls Houston home! Armed with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a graduate diploma in business administration, Aliusha began her career in the oil and gas industry. She realized her passion for architecture and skills in customer service, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork translated perfectly to a career in real estate. Becoming an agent in 2009 was the obvious next step.
Aliusha firmly believes in real estate’s potential to change lives, and she works closely with her clients to achieve their goals. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with first-time buyers, and she approaches every deal with integrity, empathy, and discipline. As an immigrant, Aliusha knows how to help relocators, especially Spanish speakers, navigate the real estate process. In addition to her strong customer service and sales skill sets, she also holds a diploma in interior design from the New York Institute of Art and Design. Ultimately, Aliusha prides herself on helping everyone live their American dream.
Endlessly creative, Aliusha has combined her love of cooking, baking, and photography into a food blog. She also enjoys reading and traveling. Aliusha is proud to support her wonderful family, especially her two sons, who are striking out on their own engineering careers.
