Carla’s professional corporate career was with a Texas-based retailer specializing in imported home furnishings and decor. It provided opportunity to build international business partnerships and lasting global friendships. She was even quoted in an Indonesian newspaper!
With encouragement from her father, a veteran in the business, Carla began her real estate career. Carla finds selling and buying real estate offers an amazing way to impact peoples’ lives. What’s interesting is that Carla’s real estate clientele is quite internationally diverse.
Whether selling or buying, nothing is more important than her clients achieving their real estate dreams and goals. Carla counts it a privilege to participate in the joy and happiness of home buyers, and the satisfaction for sellers transitioning to new phases in their lives.
With an innate desire to help older adults, Carla obtained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation. Contributing locally through business and service, Carla impacts the community by volunteering on the Board of Directors of Sixty & Better, Inc. – a non-profit organization empowering older adults to live with purpose, independence, and dignity. She is a member of the Board of Trustees for Eastside Ministries which serves local needy families, the elderly, handicapped and homeless persons living in Fort Worth’s east side.
Carla has lived in Tarrant County much of her life. She loves to sing and play the keyboard, and is active in the church music department. Her family performed annual talent shows for over 25 years. Scrabble® is her favorite word game, and she enjoys solving logic puzzles, and reading while sitting outdoors.
