About Me
Michelle Hendrix has been extensively engaged in the Austin real estate market for 10 years. However, her passion for the pace and exciting fulfillment of real estate began over 15 years ago in her hometown of Santa Barbara where she assisted buyers and sellers in the luxury market at a boutique beachside firm. After relocating to Austin, Michelle invested all of her time and energy into falling in love with the city and learning the ins and outs of Texas real estate from some of the areas heaviest hitting top producers.
The most important thing that Michelle wanted to do as a result of being groomed in the multi-million dollar market was to make a commitment to offer that same level of luxury service to anyone and everyone that needed her help regardless of the price point. Michelle came to Realty Austin in 2012 with this mission statement and every day considers this her obligation to the public.
Developers and Investors alike have successfully aligned themselves with Michelle from acquisition to exit. These complex and highly involved transactions are admittedly some the most demanding. Michelle embraces the challenge each and every time and thrives in the environment where she can enhance the likely hood of the most successful result. Because of the direct fluid access that Michelle has with Austin buyers she readily advises on trim and finish selections to excite the highest and best ROI and the shortest hold.
Having studied Communications with a focus in Sociology at UNLV, Michelle exhibits a high degree of patience and support coupled with a commitment to clearly and effectively transact on her clients’ behalf. This has resulted in an evenly balanced book of business representing buyers and sellers from all price tiers in neighborhoods throughout Austin and the surrounding areas. Because Michelle calls South Austin home she has a certain passion for her locale and immediate community. She additionally finds herself supporting clients in the Hill Country on out to the lake including, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Bee Caves and Lakeway.
