About Me

Teri remembers the day she decided to pursue a real estate license. She moved to Austin in 1990, and after graduating from UT, her dream was to continue to live and work in Austin. After working as a legal administrator and paralegal for 16 years and living in 13 of Austin’s zip codes, she was ready for a new adventure. After obtaining her real estate license, she had her first transaction within a week. It was a challenging HUD transaction for a friend who was also an investor. Thankful for all her legal contract experience, she was able to navigate through the complicated process and get the property under contract and closed in a smooth and timely manner. Her client was pleased and shared with her his investment plan and process. She was ecstatic to know that not only was she on her way to making her own dream happen, but she could clear the path for others to do the same as well!

Her first transaction and the many since that time have all been about walking with her clients on their journey to their next chapter in their lives. It has been an honor and a pleasure to assist others whether a first time home buyer, a growing family who needs a larger home, a transplant from one city to another, or a senior downsizing their home and possessions. Teri finds the opportunity to work with clients to improve their lives more fulfilling than anything she’s ever done. Real estate is not her job, it is her passion.
