I am a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty, Inc., Texas Licensed General Certified Appraiser, Accredited Buyer Representative, and a Designation Candidate, Appraisal Institute. I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus in Finance and Real Estate, along with minors in Business and Economics in 2008 from Texas A&M University.

Real estate sales and appraisal are my two areas of specialty. Every year, I prepare numerous commercial and farm/ranch appraisal reports on a wide variety of properties all over the state of Texas. While many in the appraisal field specialize in only one property type, I am a ‘generalist’ and have extensive experience in most areas of real estate including retail, office, multi-family, subdivisions, proposed developments, industrial, single-family residential, and farm/ranch.

This appraisal experience and knowledge that I have built over the last 11 years has provided me with information that translates directly to my sales clients. Growing up, anytime I was not in San Angelo, I was in Ozona helping on our family ranch. I showed sheep, goats, and pigs through our local 4-H Club and participated in numerous livestock, cotton, and wool judging contests through our local FFA. I have an extensive background in agriculture and I do my best to contribute to our family’s ranching operation currently run by my uncles, cousin and mom.

In 2019, I will complete my MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute, which is the highest designation for appraisers and has been a 2 year process for me. When it is completed, I will begin the process of obtaining my CCIM and other designations in order to best serve my clients.
