About Me

I am a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Realty REALTOR, buying & selling properties for clients, building relationships, staging and photographing the homes using a professional stager & photographer, marketing the property, negotiating the price, & getting the contract to close. The professional stager consultation & professional photographer are provided free for my clients.

While marketing my clients homes on up to 700 websites, I assist my buyers in finding the property that meets their must have criteria, making sure contracts meet the clients needs then following through the process to a smooth closing. My biggest sense of accomplishment is when my clients sell their property & buy a new property.

I have the GRI Designation with a Certificate in Marketing, Finance & Brokerage. I have also earned the Sellers Representative Specialist & Accredited Buyer Representative Designation and the New Home Construction Representative Certificate, always striving to give excellence service to my clients.

I am married, have 4 sons & have been an Austinites for 28 years. I am a member at Bannockburn Baptist Church, enjoy volunteering at the soup kitchen, have taught Sunday School & Vacation Bible School. I have served as an Election Judge for my community for many elections & as a Precinct Chairman for my neighborhood. I served as a previous PTA president for my sons middle school, volunteered in the past for Cub Scout Day Camps & with the Boy Scouts where 3 of my sons are Eagle Scouts. I donate to my local schools & non profit organizations. I like to take my dog for walks, enjoy hiking, bike riding, swimming & spending time with my family.
