Wayne Murphy is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and President of Jan Rhea, LLC, doing business as Diligent Commercial Group. Wayne began his commercial real estate career in 2007 in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, offering specialized brokerage, project leasing, investment, and consulting services across various asset classes, including medical/professional office, industrial manufacturing/distribution, restaurant, general retail, and land. Additionally, Wayne provides DILIGENT Property Management for office, retail, and industrial assets.

Wayne is also the Director of Operations for Legacy Commercial Group, a large commercial brokerage team under Keller Williams. LCG offers brokerage services that include Landlord/Seller representation and Tenant/Buyer representation through specialized asset divisions for office, industrial, retail, and land.

Wayne has successfully represented local, national, and international clients. He provides specialized agency services to property owners, investors, and end-users in sales, leasing, commercial property management, and consulting.

About Me

Wayne Murphy is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker who began his commercial real estate career in 2007 when he joined Jan Rhea, an independent commercial real estate veteran with 35 years in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Wayne worked very closely with Jan specializing in Tenant and Buyer representation until taking over full management of the brokerage as its President in 2013. Wayne rebranded and began doing business as DILIGENT Commercial Group expanding services to include Landlord and Seller representation and providing highly effective listing and marketing services. In 2022 Wayne again expanded his services and began providing DILIGENT Property Management Services. He moved his brokerage activities over to Legacy Commercial Group where he is the director of operations for a large commercial team with Keller Williams.
Wayne has successfully transacted over one million square feet of space representing local, national, and international clients in leasing and sales. He provides specialized brokerage, management, and consulting services within multiple asset classes, including medical/professional offices, industrial manufacturing/distribution, restaurant, and general retail. Wayne has also provided services in land transactions, ground-up development projects, investment properties, effective project leasing, and provides DILIGENT Property Management for Office, Retail, and Industrial assets.
Wayne is an avid commercial real estate industry student with over one thousand hours of core real estate training. Wayne focuses on the representation he provides and prides himself on creating long-standing quality relationships with his clients through maintaining the principles of honesty, integrity, and diligence as the foundation of his business.
