Jessica is a lifelong Texan. Born and raised in Kilgore
and graduating from Kilgore High School and Kilgore College, she ventured to Louisiana to further pursue her education. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. In 2019, she was recognized as a 30 Under 30 for the National Association of Realtor® Magazine. In 2014, Jessica was named Rookie of the Year and as Realtor® of the Year for 2018 for the Longview Area Association of Realtors®. In 2017, she was honored to be the recipient of the Kilgore Chamber of Commerce “Rising Star” award for Women in Business. Jessica is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors® and the Longview Area Association of Realtors®. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Longview Area Association of Realtors® as Immediate Past Chairman, and serves as Immediate Past Chairman of the YPN Committee for Texas Realtors®. She is a graduate of Leadership Kilgore and Henderson. In 2017, she earned her Broker’s license and started East Texas Preferred Properties with her husband and fellow Realtor ® Greg Holmes. With a unique background in banking, customer service and marketing, Jessica is ready to assist you with your real estate needs.
