About Me

Dawn came to the Lake Livingston area as a weekender in the 1970’s. She relocated to Coldspring in 1994 with her husband and two children. A graduate of Texas A&M, Dawn reentered the workforce as a math teacher. Her introduction to real estate in 2012 was the catalyst to pursue a career where she can be of service to the community that has become her home.
With a heart for people and continuing education, Dawn has pursued additional education in real estate to further her knowledge and expertise in the field. In addition to her current real estate designations (GRI, CNE, SMP, and CSMS), she obtained her broker’s license in 2017 in an effort to better serve her clientele. Customer service and attention to detail are a high priority in her business. Dawn is a member of the Houston Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Specializing in Lake Livingston area real estate, her goal is assisting buyers and sellers by guiding them in the step-by-step process from “listing to close” or “contract to close” while navigating the intricacies of our unique market.
