About Me
Born in Dallas, TX, Dior Gardner grew up in various areas of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, giving her a vast understanding of her community as well as neighboring cities. She studied communications at Texas Southern University, in Houston TX. Post graduation Dior took a job in property management as a resident relations and leasing agent, that opportunity grew into a passion for helping others set the best foundation for cultivating their lives. Dior believes that this begins with establishing a living environment that gives you the space you need to replenish and recharge from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
After nine months in that role, Dior grew even more interested in real estate, property management, and the ebb & flow of this cornerstone of the American way of life. This eye opening experience led her to pursue a career in real estate by becoming a Texas Real Estate License holder. Dior Gardner has worked in various areas of property management with positions and roles that have allowed her to cultivate knowledge in the areas of; resident relations, new construction, operations management, social and grass roots marketing, and resident retention. With over 5 years of experience that continues to grow, she uses her knowledge to empower others to make sound decisions about where they will call home wether it be for a one year lease or the purchase of their first home.
