After working in the oil industry for more than 10 years my passion for real estate began in the late 1980’s. I started my first home focused business, Executive Maid Service performing residential cleaning along with residential/commercial make ready services. In 1995 I became a licensed Texas Real Estate Inspector where I learned about the structural, mechanical and environmental aspects of residential real estate. For more than 10 years I cultivated and grew my maid service and residential inspection business. In 2014 I turned my focus on working with real estate buyers and seller and became a licensed Sales Agent. My desire to continue learning and growing lead me to become a Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), the Master’s Degree of Real Estate and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). My expertise and knowledge of a home from top to bottom along with my ability to research and determine the best price; whether buying or selling offers great advantage to you.
