While much of my involvement at the State and Local level has been with RPAC/TREPAC and Public Policy, I believe my volunteer experience within my organization and my community has offered me many training opportunities that would serve me well as a volunteer on any committee that I am selected for. I am a Sustaining Platinum R President’s Circle Investor for 2024 and a RPAC Hall of Fame Member. I have served a TREPAC Trustee and, while serving the Trustees, I was Co-Chair of the TREPAC 50th Anniversary Task Force in 2021-2022. I serve on our local TREPAC (Board Liaison) and Governmental Affairs Committees in 2024. As a Trustee Alumni, I am involved with the Corporate Ally Program (CAP). I am a Trustee for the Texas REALTORS® Issues Mobilization PAC (TRIP)/Local Issues Committee in 2024, serving a 3 year term. I am the Lead Contact for Rep Carrie Isaac (HD 73). I was honored to graduate from the National Women’s Council of REALTORS® Leadership Institute in 2021 and I am a 2018 Graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP). I served as a District Vice President of Women’s Council Texas in 2022-2023 and I sat on Leadership Identification & Development Committee and Strategic Planning Committee. I currently serve on the Diversity and Fair Housing Committee. I was a Director for Texas REALTORS® from 2019-2022 and I am currently serving on the Board of Directors at the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS®. I have been involved with VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professional) and our Military community in the Greater San Antonio/New Braunfels area. I am passionate about giving back to my fellow Veterans and Active Duty. I served as the 2023 National Chair for the EDGE Committee for AREAA. I co-authored/developed a Mentor/Mentee program that is now in its 3rd year and is pairing leaders (past and present) in the organization with emerging talent to build the future leaders of AREAA. Since receiving my CRS designation in April 2017, I have been involved with the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) and have been a panelist at RRC Sell-a-Bration in 2019 in Las Vegas. I am serving a 2 year term on the RRC Finance Committee in 2024-25. I am a member of the REBI Member Engagement Committee in 2024, as well as the RLI Governmental Affairs Committee.

About Me

My name is Renae Pretty and I have been selling Real Estate for almost 19 years now, licensed in multiple states, as I moved around with the Military life. Since becoming licensed in Texas in August 2015, I am highly focused on the needs of my clients, whether you are a buyer or a seller. My number one priority is your satisfaction throughout the transaction and well beyond, and your referral is the highest compliment I could ever receive. I have continued my education, as well, to serve my clients better, receiving my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, among others. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS in 2023-2025. In addition to my passion for Real Estate and helping my clients achieve their dream of home ownership, I love to spend time with my family. I have 4 rescue dogs that I love taking on runs and walks. I also love traveling every chance I get and rack up those frequent flyer miles. You can also find me lounging on my front porch with a good book when I get some down time.
