Devins career in Texas Real Estate started just Six short years ago and he is no stranger to his surrounding communities and colleagues.

He is a 2023 RPAC / TREPAC Hall of Fame, Texas Realtors Political Action Committee “TREPAC” major investor, 2022 Platinum Realtors Political Action Committee “RPAC”, 2022 and 2021 RPAC Presidents Circle, and currently serves as 2023 TX Region 8 Temple/Belton Board of Directors, 2022 TREPAC Vice Chairman for the Williamson County Association of Realtors “WCAOR” , previous 2021 TREPAC Chairman for Waco Association of Realtors “ WAOR”, Serving and Earning TREPAC Presidents Cup and Triple Crown 5 years in a row for WAOR, 2020 TREPAC Vice Chair WAOR, 2017-2019 WAOR committee member. 2022 WCAOR Professional Development committee Member, 2022 WCAOR Finance Committee, 2022 Womens Council of Realtors member, Devin Is an active member of the following Association of Realtors; Primary is Temple/Belton “ TBBOR”, secondary Associations at Williamson, Waco Association of Realtors.

Devin is the designated supervisor for Amazing Realty and has been since 2018, and fearless team leader at Forbes Realty Group brokered by Amazing Realty. In 2019 Devin had been interviewed and published by Rita Santamaria CEO and Founder of Champions Real Estate School and published in Vol 2. Successful Tendencies of Real Estate Champions.”Winner’s Journey”. Interviews with Real Estate Industry Top Producers and endorsed by Barbara Cochran from Shark Tank.

Devin has won some of the highest awards in the past few years from Amazing Realty, including highest volume for 2021 Top Sales, Highest transactions 2020, Top Sales & Highest Transactions 2019, 2018 Rookie of the Year. His Designations / Certifications include AHLS,GRI,SRS,ABR,RENE,PSA,NHC,MRP, SRES.

Devin is a 2021 Texas Realtors Leadership Program TRLP Cuma Sum Laude Top Honor Graduate for Texas Region 8.

Working closely with his Seller/Buyer clients and specializing with investors in the past few years Devin has almost hit 100 completed renovations in the Waco/Temple/Belton Area.

Devin enjoys spending his free time with his life partner William Plaster and three dogs Cameron, Lucy, and Ben. He is a sucker for Lifetime movies and sour patch kids candy, especially on a rainy day.

From a young man with 8 years in the Texas Army National Guard, Past President 2013-2017 for His HOA, Director of Marketing /Sales Preprint Atlanta, Ga, Chairman for Downtown Atlanta “Tour of Homes”, owner of a start up dry cleaning delivery service in Atlanta Georgia, college student pursuing his pilots license, and even a long haul over the road truck driver, Devin sure does know how to pursue success. His experiences in life and continuous education has built him into the leader he is today.
