Peyton brings his skills from 5 years as a residential/farm&ranch/investments/ and coastal real estate sales and another five plus years of marketing experience to Legend Texas Properties. Peyton’s primary focus will be sourcing investment deals to clients using his diverse background to help with analysis and marketing of the properties.

Alongside the above real estate experience, he has owned and operated 2 of his own real estate investment companies, focusing on solving the affordable housing crisis and restoration of dilapidated homes. With a national partnership with CT Homes, which is featured on A & E’s hit television show “Flip This House”, Peyton brings expertise and passion to each real estate transaction.

Peyton is a graduate from Sam Houston State University with a degree in General Business and Management. Growing up in Brenham, Texas, his main focus was to become an entrepreneur. Once he found real estate and utilized his degree, he got into investing implementing his diverse management and business skillset and hasn’t looked back!
