About Me
I am from Central Texas where my family has been in Real Estate for over 50 years. I grew up helping my parents remodel and manage their rental properties. I then put myself through graduate school at Texas A&M in College Station but remodeling older homes. After earning a Masters degree in marketing at Texas A&M University in College Station, my wife and I moved to Tyler in 2005 to set down roots. We now have two children whom are affectionately known in social media as Baby A and Fruit Salad.
I am a senior Buyer’s Agent for The Burks Team at RE/MAX Professionals. I have a passion and love the challenge of finding the perfect property and negotiating the best terms of the contract for our clients. Because I have such a great team here at The Burks Team, I was able to become one of the top buyer’s agents in East Texas in a very short time.
In our spare time, my wife and I love watching our kids play soccer. And she and I love watching our Alma Mater’s battle on the gridiron – unfortunately she graduated from Oklahoma and may be louder than I am when cheering for the Sooner’s.
