(2017) Sherri has represented clients for everything from apartment leases to 1,400+ acre ranches with multiple homes and structures, and everything in between. She’s listed and sold, as well as owned her own lakefront home and knows the things you need to be informed of, when it comes to living on a lake. Sherri has had street addresses assigned to properties that never had one, and has a comprehensive understanding of mineral rights and is often researching locations to inform buyer clients of gas and oil well activity near, or perhaps on, any properties they have interest in.

Sherri was born and raised in Colorado. She owned and operated a cosmetology business for 24+ years. For nearly 12 years, she also owned and operated a business for the import, breeding, competition and marketing of Friesian horses.
