Hello! I’m DeAnna Green, the CEO and Founder of The Nydan Group, LLC. I hail from North Carolina but have called Texas home since 2008. I spent the first 10 years of my career in the Property Management industry with the last 15 being focused on Real Estate & Corporate Housing.
As a wife and proud mother of three beautiful and gifted children, my professional passion and drive for excellence is the catalyst behind the success of The Nydan Group. Founded in 2016, Nydan Real Estate Group is the 1st division under The Nydan Group brand and is a boutique style firm that offers BIG business services. NRG currently has a team of four Real Estate Agents that provide residential real estate and apartment locator services to their clients. In addition, NRG provides temporary housing to major corporations, medical professionals, entertainment professionals and individuals that are relocating Texas.
With the success of NRG, my husband and I expanded our business portfolio by creating two new companies, Nydan Investment Properties, LLC and Nydan Lending Group, LLC. NIP covers investment deals, such as: Wholesale/Assignments, Fix/Flips, Buy/Hold, Multi-Family and Commercial projects. NLG offers Residential, Commercial and Consumer Lending options. By combining all three companies, I’ve leveraged my years of Real Estate experience to create a Full Brokerage Firm where everything Real Estate/Investment/Lending related is under one roof!
