Meet Kathryn Dean, Realtor® and Broker Associate:

Kathryn Dean received her Texas Real Estate License in 2017 and began her career in Real Estate in February of 2018 with the brokerage, Keller Williams Dallas DFW, located in Southlake, Texas. Since then, Kathryn has been certified as a Luxury Real Estate Specialist, Farm and Land Specialist, and is a Certified iFinder Pro who works with Real Estate Investors. Kathryn also received her Florida Real estate license in 2022, and is affiliated with the prestigeous luxury brokerage of Engel & Volkers Olde Naples, and represents referrals, real estate sales, and listings in Southwest Florida, specializing in the city of Naples. Kathryn has well rounded experience representing both sellers and buyers of luxury residential properties, commercial and land sales of properties located in the cities of Colleyville, Southlake, Westlake, Grapevine, Keller, Trophy Club, Roanoke, HEB, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Flower Mound, Irving, Northlake, Argyle, Justin, Las Colinas, Carrollton, Addison, and Dallas. She assists clients within the entire DFW Metroplex and works with co-brokers and agents, as far out as East Texas.

Kathryn’s Texas real estate licenses allows her to represent sellers, buyers, investors, and also leasing and rental tenants looking for real estate from another state, country, town or city. In addition, she works with clients referred to her that come from real estate agents and brokers from many different brokerages. As a result, she has developed close relationships in Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Oklahoma, and Florida with seasoned real estate brokers and their associates. Kathryn also has access to off-market and pre-market “coming soon” listings with the NTREIS (MLS) Multiple Listing Service for most all real estate searches and can give a detailed market comparison (comp) analysis and information on most any type of Texas real estate that is on or off market.
