After being in the Dallas {NTREIS.net) market for quite some time, to better serve my clients, I recently joined the Houston Area Realtors (HAR.com) family as well. Being centrally located in Buffalo, Tx I am in a unique geographic position to help clients in both markets, as well as those relocating to Texas from out of state when selling or buying real estate.

When selling your home or land the focus is on the details to ensure your property stands out. We’ll promote your listing on over 100 real estate sites. With professional photography, expert staging and presentation advice, detailed listing descriptions, high quality print media, as well as social media advertising we give your property maximum exposure.

I started my first successful company offering services to Realtors®, property managers and custom home builders.

Since then, I’ve co-owned Creative Covers, building patio covers and glass room enclosures and Double D Land Services, providing land clearing services, land water drainage restoration, site prep and building house pads through final grade.

Each company has given me a different perspective of real estate. You could say I know Real Estate from the ground up!

There are still uncharted waters ahead, but we seem to have made it through the Tsunami and appear to be the more gentle, tidal wave phase.
There is still speculation, self-appointed gurus and presumptive forecasts, but many business owners have a clearer idea on what they should or shouldn’t be doing with their business.

Real estate has changed slightly. My approach in how I help has changed, but my commitment to serve has not.
