I worked for a Residential Leasing Company for 15 years, where I gained alot of experience and became a Texas Licensed Realtor. Quite the challenges from day to day but very enjoyable dealing with real estate and trying to see how you can help or fix a problem for owners. You definitely learn alot when there are thousands of scenarios out there to deal with.
