About Me

Heart and hospitality are what fuel Summer. She has been selected as D Magazine Best Realtor and Top Producer, Advocate Lakewood and Lake Highlands Top Realtor and Real Producers Top 500 nearly every year of her career.

A graduate of the University of North Texas with a BS. in Hospitality Management, Summer is no stranger to going above and beyond. She spent years working in the hospitality industry opening multi-million dollar hotel projects and executing million dollar fundraising events, which she credits with developing her skills in negotiating, creative problem-solving and meaningful relationships.

Summer has a passion for people and elevating her client experience, she knows each relationship is built deeply into the foundations of her clients futures. No surprise that clients become friends after working with Summer. Nearly 98% percent of her business comes from referrals from past clients and friends – earning their trust over and over means the world her. Summer is highly committed to remaining informed about the local market and serves each client with kindness and integrity.

In her free time, Summer enjoys spending time with her husband and business partner, Allan, their two kids, Gemma and Dallas, and their mutt, Olive. She serves in many capacities at her church, Shoreline City, loves to travel and enjoy new culinary experiences.
