As a land developer, Morgan managed multiple multi-million-dollar residential community projects in all phases from acquisition through community finish out. Prior to reentering the real estate world, Morgan functioned as a successful entrepreneur in the medical industry, where he became an expert in helping all of his clients find their ideal product for their individual practice through intentional interactions and truly understanding their specific desires and needs.
