My experience in the real estate industry expands many years, we my hubby and I began this journey as investors in 1997 in California, by 2001 it began too grow, we started at the bottom, sold our dream home on 5 acres and used that to begin this journey, Our journey was lead by Our Heavenly Father, Hubby prayed much and received personal revelation to buy real estate, His job at Supreme Truck bodies refused to give him a raise of more than 5cents, long story due to refusal we were led to this journey. We were also led to Texas by the man above, in 2005, we sold all our assets which were about 20 properties and headed for Texas, we arrived 12/22/05, I crossed the New Mexico line over to Texas on that day for the very first time, The Holy Ghost testified to me immediately that this land was special, the closer I got to Waco the thicker it got!! We have been here ever since!!
as time went by I realized why this place is sooo special we are considered part of the Bible Belt. This brings much peace to my soul!! We purchased several homes and a few apartment complexes, as the years went by I mentioned to hubby it would be good for me to become a realtor! So here I am in October 2018 I became a realtor!! Throughout all these years I have obtained many skills such as Property manager, Hearing Office Clerk, which gave me skills in assisting an administrative law judge, I made sure all parties connected to case such as claimants attorneys, Doctors and such received notices, I typed all his decisions, and disbursed to all parties (10 years as Civil Service Employee). I also served 10 years as an ESL Tutor for San Bernardino Schools. As multiple property owners/flippers it has given us an eye for properties worth. I absolutely love this Job! Serving others and helping them find their dream homes fills my soul!!! This job gives me the opportunity to full fill many of my hears desires which are to serve, bless and like a detective take the clues my clients give me search and find the one!!

I am originally from San Luis Rio Colorado Sonora Mexico, My family immigrated to US on 6/16/1966, I was 5 years old, I call my self a cocunut, brown on the outside and white on the inside, due to the fact I have been here since I was 5, and English is what’s in my head, at age 29 I chose to get to know a little more about my people, learn to read , write and speak my first language and perfect it , my goal was to speak soo well that others could not guess I spoke English. I accomplished this goal!! I am happily married to my second husband since 5/22/92, I have 6 lovely children here and one in Heaven. I am blessed with 4 beautiful grand babies here and 1 in Heaven. Mothering was the most important job i have had. I enjoy fishing, bike riding, and traveling! My favorite foods oysters, crab legs and sushi.
